C19 Pfizer Vaccine Eligibility Criteria

Pfizer Vaccine

We are currently able to offer the Pfizer vaccine to:

• People aged 12 years and above as a primary course (2 doses)
• People aged 18 years and over as a booster dose (must be at least 5 months after the second dose of primary course)

High priority and vulnerable patients will be prioritised

Please bring evidence of any previous COVID-19 vaccinations given by a different provider.

Clinical suitability to receive a COVID-19 vaccine will be determined by the GP.
