Please ensure you are eligible to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine before booking this appointment.

We are currently able to offer the AstraZeneca vaccine to the following groups:

• People aged 60 years of age and over

Proof of eligibility is required, such as Medicare card, work ID or health summary from your usual GP.

Please do not proceed if you are not eligible.
