C19 Vaccine Eligibility Criteria RACF 1

IMPORTANT:
This service is for RACF Employees only
Make sure you are eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccine
Do not proceed without checking first

To be eligible to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine at this time you, or the person you are booking an appointment for, MUST meet one of the following criteria:

• Adult aged 70 years and over.
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged 55 years and older.
• Adult with an underlying medical condition, including those with a disability. Proof of condition will be required.
• Healthcare worker (not included in group 1a). Proof of occupation will be required.
• Critical or high-risk worker including the Australian Defence Force, Police, Fire and Emergency services, and meat processing. Proof of occupation will be required.
