Repeat Prescription Eligibility

This service is only available for existing patients and is not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Requests for repeat prescriptions may take up to three business days to be processed and will be completed by your regular doctor at the clinic.

In the event we are unable to service this request, a refund will be issued and we will advise you to make an appointment at the clinic.

This may be due to

• Your regular doctor being unavailable
• Fax/delivery to the chosen Pharmacy being unavailable
• The urgency of the prescription request
• The request is for addictive medication including but not limited to benzodiazepines and opiates

Each prescription request is assessed by your doctor who will approve or decline the request on clinical grounds. If the request is declined, you will be advised to make an appointment in person.
