You can use the EasyVisit App. to reschedule or cancel an appointment. These functions will not be available within 24 hours of our appointment. Please contact your medical centre directly within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Yes, you can book an appointment for someone else. We do encourage all users with a registered Australian mobile number to download the EasyVisit App. in order to use all the functions available.
For all face to face appointments, please pay for your appointment at reception. For telehealth appointments, your medical centre will contact you.
